About Splendid Hotels

Splendid Hotels was formed in 1986 to acquire, develop and manage branded hotels throughout the United Kingdom. Our portfolio currently includes 13 hotels, which are located in arguably the best City Centre locations.

We own and operate Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inn and Easy  branded hotels under license agreements with global hotel organisations IHG and the Easy Group, as well as owning and managing our own unique collection of unbranded hotels.
