Shiraz Boghani - Managing Partner
Shiraz is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales. He is a founding partner of Splendid Hotels, steering the group to major success over the last 24 years. Shiraz has successfully overseen hotel portfolio and single asset deals. He has excellent relationships with Europe’s largest funders.

Bashir Nathoo - Managing Partner
Bashir is also a founding partner of Splendid Hotels. He is both a surveyor and property developer, possessing the vital technical skills for dealing with consultants and contractors.

Nadeem Boghani - Associate Partner
Prior to joining Splendid Hotels Nadeem worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers gaining exposure to both listed companies and owner managed businesses in a broad spectrum of industries. Nadeem is a chartered accountant who worked in assurance and business advisory services, specialising in auditing, financial reporting and internal controls.

Alkarim Nathoo - Associate Partner
Prior to joining Splendid Hotels Alkarim graduated from the University of London with a degree in economics .  

Stuart Bailey - Operations Director
Stuart has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has held several senior positions with both branded and private hotel companies. He joined Splendid in 2007 with vast experience of opening and operating hotels throught the world.

Makbul Jaffer - Finance Director
Makbul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years post-qualified experience in the profession.  Prior to joining Splendid Hotel Group in 2007, Makbul was the Finance Director of a large Care Home Group.
