The impact of our hotels on their environment and communities remains the core CSR business context for the Splendid Hotel Group.

As a Responsible Business, our core activities aim at satisfying the following objectives:

  1. Taking responsibility for the health and safety of employees and customers
  2. Respecting social and ethical issues in the company and in the community
  3. Reducing the negative impact of the company on the natural environment
  4. To expand our responsible purchasing policy by working closely with our suppliers
  5. Acknowledge local and regional differences in sustainability practices in order to improve the efficiency and wellbeing of the hotels, staff, guests, local people and local environment

The Splendid Hotel Group has a systematic approach to addressing environmental, social, and health and safety issues supported by an ambitious policy and concrete objectives.

Each hotel adopts common performance objectives, based on continuous improvement, and choose activities suitable for their local conditions.

To measure the performance of each hotel, indicators have been developed for each objective. Furthermore, in order to track improvements, hotels are required to report their performance regularly to the Head Office.

Splendid Hotel Group supports many local charities and is active in the local communities supporting local events for local people.
